The deadline for a survey by Wellington-Dufferin-Guelph Public Health seeking input on illegal drug consumption was extended this week to the end of May.

The survey requires participants to be 16 or older and is seeking information to “help inform local strategies, identify service needs and provide a better understanding of substance use in the community.”

Those interested can fill out the survey online and may be up for one of three $50 gift card prizes, according to the public health information page.
